THIS WEEK 18 YEARS AGO, MY FREIND CALLED ME TO TELL ME SHE PICKED A PRESENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I SAID TO HER THAT I DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING NOT TO BUY ME ANYTHING. I THOUGHT I HAD EVERYTHING I COULD POSSIBLY WANT OR NEED. THEN ON MY 30TH BIRTHDAY SHE GAVE ME ONE OF THE MOST SPECIAL AND DEAR PRESENTS ANYONE HAS EVER GIVEN ME. OR YOU COULD IMAGINE EVER GETTING. THAT BIRTHDAY PRESENT WAS MY  "VINCENT". I NEVER IN LIFE COULD IMAGINED OR DESERVED SUCH A GIFT.

THANK YOU IRENE FOR BEING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIVING FREIND IN THE WORLD.

FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY BROKEN HEART I WILL MISS YOU EVERYDAY

So many years, so many wonderful memories...One great memory was going to your house every Wednesday with a bottle of champagne and we would watch the t.v. show "Dynasty".   We would all toast together, share cheese and crackers and sit still for the next hour guessing the plot..we laughed so much.. Another great memory is when we went to St. Martin and Nicky and Al played producers on the beach...Oh, did we crack up laughing..Any party, any family gathering was always a great time spent together..We love you Irene and will miss you forever.

Love, Robin and Al

When I finally learned to use a computer, I still hadn't mastered e-mail. And I was afraid to try. Irene was the only person who would answer all my silly questions over and over. Every day after work she would explain to me what to do, and would send me a joke or little story to encourage me. And so, Irene became my first internet "buddy". Thank you Irene for opening up a whole new world of experiences for me. I miss you "Ilip 57"!

Love,

Ellen

Irene was our Angel sent from God.  She gave us hope during our darkest times was a ray of light and inspiration to us all.  Her courage this last year put into prospective how important it is to reach out to the ones we love and embrace them, let them know how much we love them how precious time is to us all.  I will always remember Irene with a smile on her face, her shopping bags fro meat supreme and her ability to listen to a friend.  Irene's heart was a heart full of life, love and laughter. She loved her family, friends and laughed easily.  I remember a spring day when Irene came into work with two different color shoes on, same shoes just a different color one black one blue.  That was our Irene.  I am blessed to have had her in my life.  I am blessed that God sent me an Angel. We are all blessed that, the Angel was Irene. Like all Angel's their place is in heaven and God needed Irene to come home. We will not say good bye Angel we will just say, see you later as we will always have our Angel watching over us.  Our Angel Irene

I could fill a page of memories, some happy and some sad. Irene has given so many people warmth and love along with her friendhsip!. One memory we talked about every  now and then, was the time we were on a cruise in Bermuda! We both felt so sad about leaving to go back home we looked over the side ,and we both started to cry!! When we realized what we were doing, we both laughed at each other. Irene has left an imprint in my heart that will never wear away....I will forever remember you as a good human being, a kind friend, wonderful mother, devoted daugher and sister.Heaven is now a better place having you there..

You will always remain in my heart, and my mind..I'll miss you always...

                             Love Sandy (Sandula)

I have so many memories that I can share. Whether it be Christmas, birthdays, or just random family get-togethers, all these memories mean so much to me. I remember when I was younger I used to always sleep at her when i was younger. I remember when I i got sick one night when i was sleeping over & I kept throwing up (yuck) and she put me on her couch with a pot lol. She was always so caring. My favorite memory of her was when she just got home from the hospital and she was sitting on the couch and i was rubbing her back & playing with her hair. Her back was hurting so she kept telling me to push hard on this one part of her back but I couldn't push any harder because i was scared of hurting her, so i told my mom to do it. That same night when i went home I gave her a kiss on the cheek and told her I loved her & she said "I love you too". This is the last memory I have of her & the last words she said to me before she passed. I will NEVER forget this.
I will always miss you & always love you aunt irene<3 *
you are my angel*
Love, your niece Gina

I have so many memories of Irene, it would be difficult to come up with just one.  For 26 years we were friends, neighbors, and we worked together.  How could I possibly narrow it down to one memory? But I will always remember the parties, especially the Thanksgivings our families spent together, in her house, which was always filled with family, friends, food, fun...and most importantly....love!!

I will miss you...always,

Love,

Susan
